Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Local delivery (within 15 miles) takes 2-3 business days. Local pickup is also available - we'll email you when your order is ready.

Yes! Local pickup is free. After placing your order, you'll receive an email when it's ready for pickup at our workshop.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Yes! All our toys meet or exceed safety standards. We use only non-toxic finishes and our products are tested to ensure they're safe for children.

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid soaking in water or putting in the dishwasher. Occasionally apply food-safe oil to maintain the wood's natural beauty.
