Return Policy
We want you to love your Natural Play Co. toys. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
Return Process
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
